KUNDALINI MEDITATION

I'm coming across a worrying number of people who are suffering grounding issues from using Kundalini meditation.

Whilst i don't subscribe to the Kundalini method, at the same time I don't seek to criticize it - however I have experienced a lot of cases where the person using the method is ungrounded and their energy is severally fragmented. Many find themselves disoriented, unable to focus or sleep and suffer emotionally disturbing symptoms.

Kundalini works on the principle of upward energy movement. My own experiences, beliefs studies and methods see that there aren't any energy pathways within the human being that allow or naturally are meant to channel energies upwards. Where the spiritual energies meet the 'earthly' elemental energies is AT THE GROUND....Nature reminds from water, electricity and other natural phenomenon that things go towards ground

"Pulling up' Kundalini energy is opposing the flow of the spiritual energies ( Universal Life Force ) and thus can cause total lack of grounding, spiritual 'floating' and being disconnected from reality at a mental level. There is a great danger in raising Kundalini in the first place: it may not turn off or the state it produces may become addictive. Having taught upward meditation for decades, I have seen many cases of aborted careers, broken marriages, disassociated psyches and neurological illnesses that I believe were caused by kundalini.
